Q2. What are the benefits of a magnetic type power cord?
A2. Magnetic power cords are generally safer to use, especially for appliances that are used on tabletops. It is designed so that the power cord comes off of the appliance easily when the cord is accidentally pulled or stepped on, and helps prevent injuries and scalds.

Q4. Why is my Zojirushi product box edge wavy and not straight?
A4. The method used is called “Edge Wave”. The waves help avoid hand cuts when handing the boxes.
