I have been making Whole Wheat bread for years as the loaves got better and better, I got older and older – kneading became a hassle sooo enter stage left, your beautiful machine. (we use your rice maker also)

I don’t follow the video instructions exactly, ‘tho they were truly helpful – I put the ingredients together like this:

water and melted butter in first…..next, I use honey, add that then:
measure and mix all the dry ingredients together in one vessel then pour that in on top of water, butter, and honey.
I make a little well as per instructions and put the yeast in it…close the lid; select regular and dark crust thanking the Zojirushi angels, get on with my day. Lovely bread every time.
