Our Valentine’s Day Special this month is a savory Rice Salad that we’ll show you how to make in the Kitchen Lab. It’s easy, quick and just another example of the many ways to really make use of your rice cooker.

This month’s issue is an abbreviated edition, in order to make way for a completely redesigned Zojirushi 101, starting in March. The new format will be easier to read, but just as informative. We’re looking forward to this next step in our growth, so we can serve our readers better than ever!
