This bread looks like a regular loaf, but the brewed earl grey tea used instead of water and the added tealeaves give it a wonderful aroma. Serve freshly baked with a side of sweetened whipped cream, or toast and top with honey. |

Ingredients (for 2-lb. breadmaker):
- 1-1/3 cups earl grey tea, chilled
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4-1/4 cups bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. dry milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dry earl grey tealeaves
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast (or 2-1/2 tsp. rapid rise yeast)

This recipe was developed for the Home Bakery Virtuoso® Breadmaker (BB-PAC20), Home Bakery Supreme® Breadmaker (BBCC-X20/BB-CEC20) and the Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker (BB-HAC10). Adjustments may be required for baking this bread on other models. |

1 Attach kneading blade(s). Measure ingredients precisely and add to the baking pan in the order listed. Make sure that the yeast does not touch the liquid. |

2 Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the power cord into the outlet. |

3 Select the BASIC setting for BBCC-X20/BB-CEC20 model and REGULAR setting for BB-HAC10 model. If using rapid rise yeast, use the QUICK setting. Press START. |

4 When baking completes, press and hold the START/RESET button to turn off the unit. Take out the baking pan using oven mitts and gently shake the loaf out. |

5 Let bread cool and serve. |
