Ingredients (for 2-lb. breadmaker): *For BB-PAC model, please use the recipe in the instruction manual.
- 4 cups fresh or frozen mango, diced (defrost frozen mango)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. fruit pectin
This recipe was developed for the Home Bakery Supreme® Breadmaker (BBCC-X20/BB-CEC20). Adjustments may be required for making this recipe in other models of the Home Bakery. |

1 Make sure the kneading blades are properly attached, and add all ingredients to the baking pan. |

2 Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the cord into the outlet. Select the JAM course and press START. Cooking time is 1 hour 20 minutes. |

3 When the cycle completes, remove the pan from the Home Bakery and allow the jam to cool. |
 |
4 Pour the jam into a container and refrigerate or freeze to thicken. |

5 Enjoy it with your favorite slice of bread! |

6 Variations:
Try using kiwi or berries in place of mango. We suggest that you use fruit pectin when using juicy fruits. |
