| Focaccia is a popular flat oven-baked Italian bread that is similar to pizza. It is topped with a variety of vegetables, cheese and meats. Before baking, olive oil is spread over the dough to maintain its moisture and punctured with a knife or finger to prevent it from bubbling on the surface. Enjoy baking focaccia with your own tasty topping! | |
