Ingredients (makes about 30 small appetizers):

1 Slice the bread into 1/4” to 1/2” thin slices and spread each slice with guacamole. |

2 Cut the brie into small slices and place on top of guacamole. Garnish with chopped sun dried tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. |

3 Lightly brush the surface of the Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle with olive oil and heat to 360°F. |

4 Place the bread from step 2 onto the pan and cover the lid. Lower heat to 280°F. Cook until cheese is melted. Be careful not to burn the bottom. |
