This light and refreshing dessert is easy to make. The yogurt and honey adds the sweet taste that'll match any fruit topping of your choice. |

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 cup boiling water (208°F)
- 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt, room temperature
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 envelope (7g) unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Topping:
- 2 kiwifruits
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

1 Fill Zojirushi water boiler & warmer with water and set temperature to 208°F. |

2 In a medium bowl, place room temperature yogurt. In a separate bowl, place 4 tablespoons of water, sprinkle an envelope of gelatin and let stand 1 minute. |

3 Add honey to the bloomed gelatin, pour boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves completely, about 2 minutes. |

4 Stir and add dry milk gradually to the gelatin water and mix well. |
 |
5 Add the milk mixture and lemon juice to yogurt and mix well. |
 |
6 Pour mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. |

7 Dice kiwifruits into small pieces, mix with honey, lemon zest and chill until served. |

8 Distribute kiwifruits over chilled gelatin and serve. |
