Ingredients (for BB-CEC20):
Sourdough Starter:

1-1/2 cups (360mL) water

2 cups (256g) bread flour

2 tsp. (5.6g) active dry yeast
Light Sourdough Bread:

3 Tbsp. (42mL) apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. (28mL) lemon juice

3 cups (384g) bread flour

2 Tbsp. (23g) sugar

1-1/2 tsp (8.4g) salt

2 tsp. (5.6g) active dry yeast

Make the sourdough starter. Make sure the kneading blades are properly attached and add all ingredients for Sourdough Starter to the baking pan in the order listed.

Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the power cord into the outlet. Select the SOURDOUGH STARTER course and press START.

When the course completes, press the START/RESET or CANCEL button and remove the baking pan.

Add all ingredients for Light Sourdough Bread to the completed sourdough starter in the baking pan in the order listed.

Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery and close the lid. Select the REGULAR BASIC setting for BB-PAC20 model, or the BASIC setting for BBCC-X20/BB-CEC20 models. Set the crust control to the desired darkness and press START.

When baking completes, press and hold the START/RESET or CANCEL button. Take out the baking pan using oven mitts and gently shake the loaf out.
