<For 16 oz. Zojirushi Vacuum Insulated Mugs>
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 13 oz. soy milk
- 3 oz. espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- sugar, to your taste
*This recipe was developed for a 16 oz. Zojirushi stainless mug.
*Please make sure not to exceed the fill line (or leave 1/2-inch (1 cm) space below the ridge of the mug). Overfilling may cause the drink to leak when closing the lid.

Preheat the vacuum insulated mug by pouring warm water (not included in the ingredients list). Close the lid and allow to preheat for 5 minutes.
*Please make sure not to exceed the fill line (or leave 1/2-inch (1 cm) space below the ridge of the mug). Overfilling may cause the drink to leak when closing the lid.

Heat soy milk in a sauce pan or in a microwave. If using a microwave to heat, do not microwave the vacuum insulated mug.

Discard warm water from the mug. Add espresso, sugar and warmed soy milk.

Stir well and close the lid tightly.
