Ingredients (makes about 30 small appetizers):
*This recipe was developed for the Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle (EA-BDC10). Adjustments may be necessary when using other models.
Slice the bread into 1/4” to 1/2” thin slices and spread each slice with approximately 1 tsp. guacamole.
Place sliced brie on top of guacamole. Garnish with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano.
Turn the Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle temperature control dial to 300ºF and preheat for 5 minutes. When preheating completes, brush the griddle with olive oil.
Place the bread from step 2 onto the griddle and cover the lid. Cook until cheese is melted, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom.
Serve immediately or lower the griddle temperature to Keep Warm until ready to serve. Enjoy!
