Ingredients (for BB-PDC20):
The completed loaf may be less satisfactory if the temperature of the dough is too high or the timer function is used when using the SUGAR FREE course.
If the room temperature is high (over 77ºF/25ºC), use water chilled in the refrigerator (41°F /5°C).
Make sure the kneading blade(s) are properly attached. Add the ingredients to the Baking Pan in the order listed.
Place the baking pan in the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the power cord into the outlet.
Select COURSE 7, and crust control to the desired darkness. Press START.
When baking completes, press and hold the CANCEL button to turn off the Home Bakery. Take out the baking pan using oven mitts and gently shake the loaf out.
Let bread cool and serve. Enjoy!
