Start your morning right with this refreshing smoothie! It is easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Pull frozen bananas out of the freezer and let them sit on the counter for about 5 - 6 minutes to soften. Cut frozen bananas into halves, then use the knife to make slits on the peel. Peel and slice bananas into 1/2 to 1-inch chunks.
Be careful while cutting. Frozen bananas can be slippery!
Using a blender, blend the sliced bananas, iced coffee, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with optional sliced banana and mint.
