Make sure the kneading blade(s) are properly attached and add the Bread Dough ingredients to the baking pan in the order listed.
Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery unit, close the lid and plug the cord into the outlet. Select the CAKE course. Set the crust setting to MEDIUM for BB-PDC20/BB-PAC20/BB-CEC20 and REGULAR for BB-HAC10. Press START.
When the “add” beeps sound, open the lid and carefully scrape off any flour that may be left on the side of the pan with a rubber spatula. Please be careful if the kneading blade(s) are moving.
Add zucchini and walnuts, close the lid and continue baking. For BB-HAC10 and BB-PAC20 models, press START to resume kneading.
When baking completes, press CANCEL and remove from pan. Allow bread to cool completely.
Decorate the bread. Spoon a generous amount of frosting on top of the bread round, and use a spatula to smoothen and cover. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours, until frosting is firm.
Make marshmallow spider web. Place marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for a minute and give it a stir. If they are not melted, heat for another 10-20 seconds until all pieces are melted. Stir again and wait until marshmallows are cool enough to touch.
Using two chopsticks, scoop a big chunk of marshmallow and pull it apart between the sticks to make thin strands. Wrap it around the frosted bread, going over one another in different directions. Repeat until the bread looks creepy enough for you! If the marshmallow becomes too thick to pull threads, briefly heat again until it is a workable softness.
Finish with sugar-sprinkles, and the optional plastic spider.
Enjoy!
