Make pineapple BBQ

to a container and set aside.
Make pineapple teriyaki
sauce. Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan and mix well. Cook

Transfer to a container and set aside.
Turn on the Gourmet
Sizzler® Electric Griddle, set to 350ºF to preheat for about 8 minutes.
Season the ground beef
with salt and black pepper, then form into 4 equal-sized 4.5” diameter patties.
Turn the griddle
temperature to 300ºF, place patties on the griddle and grill for 5 minutes.
Flip the patties, cover
with lid and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
Open the lid and place
provolone cheese on each patty. Place the lid back on and cook for one minute
to melt the cheese. Transfer patties to a plate.
Grill pineapple rings
for 2 minutes on each side. Brush the cut sides of burger buns with olive oil
and place on the griddle for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Turn off the
griddle.
Assemble the burger with
patties, green lettuce leaves and pineapple slices.
Serve hamburgers with
sauces from steps 1 and 2. Enjoy!
